Get paid, safely
Cash always works. M-Pesa works only where it is set up to reach you, and only counts once M-Pesa confirms it.
- Send an M-Pesa request to the customer's phone and watch it update live at the till
- Where requests are sent from the till, only a payment M-Pesa confirmed counts as paid
- Choose where the money goes: your till, your paybill, or a bank paybill (Equity, KCB, Co-op) with your account number
- Test the connection from Settings before the first customer pays
- Payments that arrive late, twice or for a different amount are caught and recorded once, never lost
Control your stock
One ledger behind every sale, delivery, count and transfer, so the number on screen is the number on the shelf.
- Stock levels for every branch, with a full history of each movement
- Count a product and post the difference; two people counting at once cannot apply it twice
- Low-stock alerts and daily or weekly email digests for the people who restock
- Move stock between branches: request, approve, send, receive. Goods that arrive short are recorded as lost, with the reason
- Stock held for a parked sale cannot be moved away, and you choose whether a till may sell past zero
